Welcome to the Shiny Star Healing Art Education Program
In the 0 century AD, three wise men from the East followed the brightest star in the distant sky—a Shiny Star—and found the newborn Jesus in a manger.
They offered the three precious gifts they carried—gold, frankincense, and myrrh—to this child who would one day bring love to the world.
This moment became the earliest exchange of gifts from the East and symbolized the most beautiful gift of healing to humanity: the passing on of love.
During the pandemic, the Shiny Star Education Program integrated many years of Taiwan–Dallas artist-in-residence activities with newly added Zoom lectures across the U.S. and Canada.
That October, we interviewed Taiwanese autism art educator Chen Ying-Jun, who shared 25 years of teaching experience: five-sense learning, massage techniques, deep-travel experiential lessons, and other methods that help soothe and slow brain degeneration in individuals with autism. Her dedication deeply moved Mr. Dai, a Chicago banker who had never met her before. He donated the airfare and encouraged broader sharing of her work throughout the U.S. and Canada—bringing together special-education teaching and senior lifelong learning.
Right on the spot, Mr. Dai sponsored Shiny Star Education Center & Teacher Chen to bring an exhibition of her students’ artworks to Dallas—and from this, the Shiny Star BonBon Art Exhibition was born.

Star BonBon畫展。
2023-2025 Hearling Art Shiny Star 布展在達拉斯大學及哈佛大學公共衛生研究所的邀請在校園開展，
開幕典禮儀式中，陳穎君老師在自閉症藝術教學法更得到達拉斯市長
也製作了將近400集短篇在YouTube上分享生命故事與藝術
